Competing Offers In Wicker Park Sellers Market

I'm thrilled to tell you 1546 N Bosworth Ave Apt 3N closed Tuesday, April 10th at $501,000 after receiving multiple offers.  You may recall it was listed at $488,000.

Currently, Wicker Park buyers have to compete on nearly every offer.  At the Bosworth weekend open house in late February (which had 68 visitors), approximately one of every five parties touring the condo expressed they had already been in multiple offer situations and lost to competing offers.  This means buyers need to be prepared to make an offer the same day.

It is definitely a seller's market in Wicker Park due to low inventory levels.  If you or someone you know is looking to sell, please call/text or email me.  Homeowners can also get a free Comparative Market Analysis at
