Love To Make An Offer But

If you've seen homes in the past that appealed to you and thought, "I'd buy this place if it wasn't for__________. If you had a trust relationship with your advocate broker then you should've shared that thought instead of not saying it or just declining the opportunity. Here's why; that dated kitchen can be turned into a chefs paradise with the help of the right team. Too many Realtors would rather not make an offer with a need for a project. Instead of negotiating for a fix prior to making an offer, your advocate should know the advantages and limits to purchasing a home with rehab financing. It is important to work with a Realtor who understands the use of these loans.

This is especially true with our current market conditions. Inventory is low and opportunities vanish quickly. If you work with a Realtor who has experience with rehab loans by Fannie, Freddie and FHA, you'll increase the likelihood of a bargain and increased value. Contact me to find out more.
